My wife and I worked with Courtland to find a new home and found his services excellent! Courtland was easy to get a hold of, prompt to get back with us if we had any questions, and over all a pleasure to work with. Living 300 miles away from the homes we were looking at made things difficult. After finding a place to try and get. Courtland came up with one more home that he though we should look at. We hated to sit in the car for another 12 hours but we trusted Cortland and it paid off! The home he found us ( overnight ) was much better that the one we had just told him to put a bid on. And even with minor negotiations and other issues, Courtland has taken charge for us and gotten things done, even dealing with my late work schedule and helping us through holidays and weekends!!
