In late December, I bought a Whitefish condominium. I used National Parks Realty as they were the listing agent and did not know any other real estate agent in the area. Sam Siddall was the agent assigned to me as the buyer; another agent of the same office represented the seller. I was thoroughly impressed with Sam's professionalism, attitude and candor. He and I are of completely different generations with a large age gap, but at all times I felt comfortable in my dealings with him, and more importantly, in his advice, paperwork preparation, and guidance through the buying process. There were a few issues in which questions or challenges needed to be made to the seller and their agent. Sam handled these correctly, promptly and courteously, and was not afraid to make these challenges to the agent, despite them working in the same office and he being the junior staff member. We first met Sam in late June of 2015.  He was recommended to us by a local chamber of commerce and I don't believe we could of sought out a better realtor for us.  Sam is a great listener and was always eager to hear our wants and needs, even when they changed over the course of the year.  Since we were moving from out of state, we needed a place to rent initially.  Within a few hours of asking, Sam had sent us multiple names and contact information for local property management companies.  He also reached out to other agents seeking any leads on rental properties.


As we moved into the home buying stage, Sam stayed on top of sending us the most recent listings so we could move quickly on a property if needed.  In our case, it was needed since the property we eventually purchased was only listed for a couple of days and had a backup offer that came in immediately after ours.  Sam was always expedient in getting us the information we needed - from schools, zoning issues, covenants, utility bills, etc.   He also gave us recommendations on local builders, mortgage lenders, and insurance agents.  For any question or request, Sam listened and delivered.
