About Chelsy Cardin

With over 20 years of professional marketing experience, Chelsy Cardin brings a wealth of knowledge to the National Parks Realty team. She holds an MBA in Marketing as well as a BFA in Visual Communications. Her diverse background includes working with clients in the commercial real estate, property development, architectural, fitness, and educational industries, as well as coaching a multitude of small business owners to help them achieve their marketing goals.

 

Chelsy started her real estate career at Colliers International in Las Vegas as their Marketing Manager. Realizing she was up for a larger challenge, she obtained her real estate license and jumped into commercial real estate deals in 2015. Working on a top-producing team, she was honored to be a part of closing 177 commercial real estate transactions totaling over $103,000,000 during her tenure there.

 

When it comes to business, Chelsy focuses on building relationships and is a firm believer that people do business with people they like, know, and trust. She approaches every client as a friend and takes great pride in forming long-term relationships. When working with Chelsy, you can expect direct communication, quick turn-around times, and a true sense of knowing that she always has your best interest at the forefront of every decision.

 

In addition to her vast real estate and marketing career, Chelsy has taught college courses since 2008 in hopes of inspiring future generations to pursue business, marketing, and design-related careers.

 

On a personal note, Chelsy was born and raised in Southern California. After earning her BFA, she moved to Las Vegas and enjoyed living there for 16 years. In 2020, Chelsy relocated to Montana and is proud to call Columbia Falls home. She loves all that the Flathead Valley has to offer – especially kayaking on Flathead and Whitefish Lakes, floating down the river, and hiking at Glacier National Park. She also enjoys all the local coffee shops and supporting the locally owned restaurants. Chelsy loves to travel, enjoys interior design, and is a proud mother to two teenage daughters.
