About Curt Larson

I am a native Montanan, having grown up on a 3^rd generation farm in Big Sandy. My love for the Flathead Valley grew out of spending time with my grandmother and my mom’s family in Kalispell during my youth. My first career job was in sales with Honeywell in Arizona. My mentors at Honeywell encouraged me to buy my first house at 22. I was hooked on real estate and have been investing in real estate ever since. My real estate negotiating ability was forged by buying, selling, and investing in a variety of property types through the years.

I hold an undergraduate degree from Montana State University. In pursuit of enhancing my real estate and business acumen, I pursued and received an MBA from the American Graduate School of International Management – Thunderbird, in Glendale AZ.

My journey in the real estate industry continued by becoming a financing evangelist. I originated, processed loans, managed, and eventually founded my own mortgage company.  This invaluable experience has equipped me with a profound understanding of the financial intricacies of real estate transactions. Whether it's navigating mortgage processes or crafting innovative financing solutions, I bring a unique skill set to the table.

As a real estate investor for nearly three decades, I have also been actively involved in the building, renovating, and selling of homes. Over the past 27 years, I have been building homes, contributing to my holistic understanding of the real estate lifecycle. This dual expertise enables me to provide comprehensive insights to my clients, from financing, to construction, to marketing.

Currently, I am based full-time in the charming town of Whitefish, Montana, where I have immersed myself in the community. Recognizing the importance of giving back, I am actively involved in local initiatives and charitable endeavors. My commitment to community development aligns seamlessly with my dedication to helping individuals and families find their perfect homes in the Flathead Valley.
