I moved to Whitefish, Montana after spending 5 years in the ski industry throughout college in Vermont, and then while living in Breckenridge, Colorado. Familiar with the resort town's way of life and wanting to chase sun and snow to the best possible area of the country, I was sold on Whitefish in no time. I have now been a year-round resident of Whitefish for 17 years and find that the area offers all and more in terms of putting down roots, starting a family, and living the Big Sky life.
I have been involved in real estate, helping buyers and sellers connect for the past fourteen years. I focus primarily on residential and residential income-producing properties because it is what I do and what I love. Whitefish real estate remains an attractive option to many because of its extremely low prices compared to other resort areas around the country, while still offering all the amenities of a world-class resort. All the reasons that caused me to move here and buy my first house. Take a look, if you find somewhere that does compare, I would love to know!
In my free time when not dealing with real estate, I try to spend as much time as possible outside. After all, it is why we live here. Skiing remains a true passion and on any given day you will find me on the hill early before heading into the office. In the Summer you are just as likely to find me on a raft in the middle of the river with a fly rod in hand after work (yep, it stays light until 10ish in Summer) or hiking up Big Mountain with my wife and two young boys.
Happy to help in any way that I can, just give me a call.
