Denise has been a licensed agent for 29 years, receiving her real estate license in 1993 through the Flathead Valley Community College. Continuing her education, she became a licensed broker in 1995. That same year, she was also named "Rookie of the Year" for Valley Real Estate in Belgrade, MT. Since then, she has added Certified Residential Specialist to her credentials. Her other relevant professional experiences include mortgage brokering which gave her insight on that process. In 1998, Denise was President of Manhattan Montana Chamber of Commerce a leadership role where she saw firsthand the positive impact of building strong community relationships.

Because Denise operates on an "ability + effort = results" basis, she repeatedly ranked as a Top Producer in real estate transactions. But that is not all – she is a Montana native other than living in Canada through her high school years. She now lives only 5 miles from where she was raised with her six siblings.

After residing in Alberta Canada during her high school years, she realized there was no other place she wanted to call home but here in the Flathead Valley where she enjoys the outdoors as much as she did in her childhood. Denise fondly recalled "spending a lot of time with her grandparents, jumping on a horse and riding down to Echo Lake...or grabbing a fishing pole," only to catch a sunfish and release it back into the lake. One of her favorite hobbies was team penning and sorting with her horses. Denise is a proud grandmother of 6 girls and 2 boys, In twenty plus years as a real estate professional, Denise has seen many changes in the industry but what she loves best of all is "matching homes and clients' lifestyles."
