I would like to take this opportunity to praise your sales agent, Miss Lisa Lorge. Having lived in the valley many years ago, we came up and spent a few weeks in the Summer in our RV, and decided to move back to Montana. We began our search for our home on our own, but found that we could not find what we wanted. So, on our return to Oregon, we enlisted the aid of Miss. Lorge, of your office.

Currently we live outside the state of Montana which could have complicated our purchase. It did not because of the extra efforts by Lisa. We found a Bigfork property online; a property we had not yet seen. She drove to it and reported back to us her impressions. She also had a local builder walk the property and speak with us about his impressions. Lisa encouraged us to move quickly so we placed an offer via on line tools; shortly after we arranged to fly in to see the property with Lisa and the builder. We were sold! Lisa arranged for us to meet with the escrow company and we signed all papers that same weekend. The property closed four days later.

We found Lisa to be professional and extremely knowledgeable about the area. She was candid, very responsive, and provided services we certainly did not expect.
