Paul very recently represented my wife and me in the purchase of a very special lot in Whitefish to build a retirement home. Not only was the lot he found for us ideal for that purpose, on our behalf he did a splendid job in negotiating the sales price to our advantage.

Paul’s efforts did not end with the closing of this real estate transaction. Our new house on the lot Paul found for us is currently being built. My wife and I understandably, wanted not to be in our home in Napa, Ca. during construction, but instead wanted to be here in Whitefish during that period. However, we found it impossible to find a rental house for the 5-months our new house was being constructed. None of the house rental firms could help us find a place during the busy summer vacation rental season. In desperation I called Paul to see if by any chance he could help us.

And, he came through for us. Finding us a delightful place to stay in nearby Meadow Lakes golf community, and at a reasonable price. We’re indebted to him for his kindness and helpfulness.
