Tara Harbin was an amazing broker in helping us through the process of searching and then finding our house. We lived out of state for almost a year before we moved to MT. Tara kept in touch and constantly sent us information on homes. Once we finally moved and rented a house in MT. She continued to look for houses and she set up walk-throughs! Having worked with Denise once there was no question on going back to her for my second purchase. She was always several steps ahead of the game and left no question unanswered or request unfulfilled. It was not uncommon that she would work after hours or on the weekends to get things done. This "post" is an update to the review I wrote earlier. Wow - so glad Sandi strongly suggested we look at the home we purchased. At first we thought that paying HOA fees wasn’t worth it. Boy was I wrong. It is so nice to have the yard taken care of from mowing, weed eating, watering and even leaf removal. The neighbors and neighbor hood is quiet and friendly. Best decision ever.
